The Chicago Chapter's #1 Charity is Mercy Homes for Boys and Girls. The "Shamrock for Kids" Program is a program that the Chapter is promoting.
The K of C in Chicago has been supporting Mercy Home for Boys and Girls in an organized way for the past 11 years and has begun making preparations for the 2020 Mercy Home "March for Kids" campaign. The March for Kids campaign is a "pass through" program that is a no-cost event for Councils. It is run much like the ID Drive. Mercy Home will supply the aprons, the cans, and the shamrock pins.
The “March for Kids" campaign is held in March 2020
Following the meeting we will hold the archdiocesan level judging for the Keep Christ in Christmas Poster Contest. If you have not sent in the winning posters from your district, please bring them to the meeting.
All dates will be reconfirmed prior to each meeting.
